My name is Mandi Feely. Since 1996 I have worked in the mortgage industry in many capacities including, loan processing, document preparation, loan originating and management. The greatest reward I find from my job is being able to help my clients with the biggest investment many of them will ever make which is their home. In addition I feel a great sense of pride being able to help my clients attain their individual financial goals. My knowledge of loan products for residential financing is vast; however I specialize in financing of Conventional, FHA, VA & USDA/RD and State Bond loans. I am licensed with the National Mortgage Licensing System in Idaho, Utah, Oregon, Washington and Nevada.
I have been with American Pacific Mortgage going on two years. The company is a mortgage banker with over 17 outlets to broker loans to. This flexibility allows me to help more clients. My Loan Processor, Loan Underwriter and Closer/Funder are in the same building as me, this is important to you as this allows me to provide the best customer service possible. I am proud of our team as we all work together to accomplish one goal and that is a successful loan closings.
I am a believer in real estate as a means of future financial freedom, owning my own home and having rental property has been a learning experience as well as a smart financial move.
